Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and w665 ("w665", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information platform accessible at https://w665.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Site").

Account Eligibility

• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement or any other gambling restriction that prohibits your participation in online gaming activities.

w665 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

When registering for an account on the w665 Platform, you agree to provide complete, accurate and current information. You further agree to update your account details promptly whenever any information changes. The following obligations apply to all registered Users:

• Accurate Information: All registration details — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number — must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. w665 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Notification of Breach: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify w665 support immediately via the contact details set out in Clause 14 of these Terms.
• Account Integrity: You must not permit any other person to use your account. Each account is personal to the registered holder and must not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
• KYC Compliance: You consent to the KYC verification process as a condition of account registration. Certain features — including withdrawals and access to higher deposit tiers — will remain restricted until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, w665 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

Bonuses & Promotions

The following terms apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. • w665's Right to Modify: w665 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing obligations to Users with active bonus balances will be honoured.

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following activities while using the w665 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 where applicable.
• Engaging in, facilitating or attempting to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, exploit bonuses or gain any unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets or any feature of the Platform.
• Registering more than one account per individual (including using different names, email addresses or payment methods to circumvent the single-account rule).
• Impersonating any other person, business or entity, including w665 staff, in any communication or interaction on or relating to the Platform.
• Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug or system malfunction to gain credits, winnings or an unfair position on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversals without prior agreement from w665. Unauthorised chargebacks will be treated as a debt owed to w665 and pursued accordingly.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing w665 staff or other Users through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to the w665 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, domain name, software, design elements, written content, graphics, odds data, guides, tutorials and promotional materials — are the exclusive property of w665 or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants Users any ownership interest, licence or right to use any w665 intellectual property beyond the limited access licence described in Clause 5. Specifically:

• You must not reproduce, republish, redistribute, copy or adapt any w665 Content without our prior written consent.
• You must not use the w665 name, logo or any confusingly similar mark in connection with any product, service or business without express written authorisation.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to w665 regarding the Platform may be used by us freely and without obligation to you.

Third-party trademarks referenced on this Platform — including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports league names such as PSL — remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention on this Platform is for informational context only and does not imply any association, partnership or endorsement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w665 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunity or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform.
• Any losses arising from gambling activity conducted through the Platform, including losses resulting from unfavourable betting outcomes, declined bonuses, or the cancellation of bets.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, omissions or interruptions in Platform Content, including odds figures, bonus terms, game RTP data or payment method information.
• Any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond w665's reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, natural disasters, regulatory actions or third-party service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where w665 is found liable despite the limitations above, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your w665 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time and for any reason, subject to the conditions below.

Termination by You: You may close your account at any time by contacting w665 support via email at [email protected] or through the live chat function. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and processing requirements.

Termination by w665: w665 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• You are found to be a minor or otherwise ineligible under Clause 3.
• You have been identified as accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Continuing to maintain your account would place w665 in breach of any applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Upon termination by w665 for cause, any bonus balances or winnings derived from activity in breach of these Terms may be voided. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the termination date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence, unless a mandatory provision of the law of your country of residence applies.

In the event of any dispute between you and w665, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. The majority of issues can be resolved promptly through our customer support channels.

Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the Operator's licence authority. If you are a Pakistani user, please note that gambling disputes may not be adjudicable by Pakistani courts due to local restrictions on gambling activity. You remain solely responsible for understanding the legal framework applicable in your jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

w665 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Clause 11.
